Self Service Portal
SyAM’s Self Service Portal is a quick and secure way to allow authenticated users to report problems and see the status of prior tickets.
All aspects of the portal are customizable from which Active Directory Users Groups are allowed to access to which types of problems can be reported.
There can be multiple portals created, each servicing a different group of users, such as staff or students
