SyAM’s Self Service Portal is a quick and secure way to allow authenticated users to report problems, see the status of prior tickets and re-open tickets where the problem has reoccured.

Customizable Portal

All aspects of the portal are customizable from which Active Directory Users Groups are allowed to access to which types of problems can be reported.

There can be multiple portals created, each servicing a different group of users, such as staff or students.

Users can easily associate the issue with assets related to the problem being reported. Using location, serial number, asset number or ownership.
