SyAM Software, ASUStek and IT Media Consultant AG Extend Remote Manageability for Hospitals through Solutions for ASUS Desktops, Maximizing Intel® vPro™ Processor Technology

March 12, 2008 - Nashua, NH SyAM Software, a leading provider of system area management tools that enable organizations of any size to realize greater control over their IT assets, is announcing today that it has certified its Version 3.40 System Area Manager for in-band and out-of-band management for the ASUStek’s P5E-VM DO Business Desktop motherboard.

IT Media Consultant, a European solution provider, is rolling out several thousand vPro systems with SyAM Software to a large hospital based in Germany. SyAM certified the new ASUS board to support the deployment’s configuration. The certification includes the extension of the advanced remote management capabilities of Intel® vPro™ technology.
